All operations take place at either Cook Children's Medical Center in downtown Fort Worth or at Texas Pediatric Surgery Center adjacent to North Hills Hospital in North Richland Hills.

Both facilities are strictly for pediatric patients and the personnel at both institutions take care of children only. All anesthesiologists are board certified and have advanced training in Pediatric Anesthesiology.
